Omni Bretton Arms Inn At Mount Washington Resort Bretton Woods, Bretton Woods

The hotel is located in the stunning White Mountains, offering exceptional views and a serene environment. The rooms, however, were not as spacious as expected, with a slanted ceiling causing some inconvenience. The staff at Stickney's were the friendliest during my stay, but the dining service was slow and inflexible.

Staying at the Britton Arms Dining Room was a rewarding experience. The rooms were very spacious and a must for both breakfast and dinner. The service was exceptional, with helpful staff and even complimentary breakfasts. The location, while not the main resort, offered beautiful surroundings and peaceful ambiance. The dining experience at the Resort was delicious and a refreshing change from the usual buffet.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, looking out to the woods, and the nice size bathroom including an excellent shower added to the experience. They were clean, extremely comfortable, and well-equipped, though a bit small with low ceilings in parts of it. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff greeting us each time we re-entered the hotel and being very accommodating and personable, especially when we just wanted dessert and a drink. The location was absolutely magical, surrounded by changing foliage and offering easy access to the Bretton Arms, the Bretton Woods area, and a horse trail. The dining experience was tasty in the dining room with spectacular views, and the award-winning local meats were superb. Overall, a delightful experience.

The hotel rooms were large and comfortable, which was very cool for us and our pet on the days it was unseasonably warm. The rooms were really clean and comfortable, although a little warm. The service was top-notch, with excellent staff and pleasant onsite food. The location being in the white mountains with fresh snow made for a great snowmobile day. The dining experience was tasty, and the facilities were well-maintained.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were in excellent condition and very clean, but some were cramped with a slanted ceiling over the dressers and television area, leading to some head-hitting incidents. On the bright side, other rooms were spacious, quiet, and charming with cute dormers. There was also a convenient on-site laundromat, though some lighting could be improved.
